- Men: 200m – 300m – 400m – 800m – 1500m – 3000m – 110mH – 400mH – discus – shot put – javelin – high jump
- Women: 200m – 300m – 400m – 800m – 1500m – 3000m – 100mH – 400mH – discus – shot put – hammer throw* – high jump – long jump
*invitational event, organisers decide on entries on a discretionary basis - Pacemakers will be provided in all heats of the 800m, 1500m and 3000m, also in the after program

Entries
- Only entries through atletiek.nu, no registrations on site
- € 10 per discipline
- Entries close on August 1 at 9:59 pm
- Final entries will be published on August 2, 2023

- Number of participants in pre program and main program depending on timetable. The organisers can decide to make a cut off based on seasonal and/or personal best performances

Prize money
- Premium*: 1st: € 150 – 2nd: € 100 – 3rd: € 50
*premium prize money depends on meeting a performance standard - Standard: 1st: € 50 – 2nd: € 30 – 3rd: € 20
- Golden Events: 300m M – 300m W – 3000m M – 400mH W. In the Golden Events the prize money is doubled, the Flanders Cup bonus remains the same
- Gender equality: prize money and bonuses are based on the same standards for men and women
- Bonus Meeting record: € 100 (1 bonus per event)
- Flanders Cup bonuses (for VAL athletes only)
- Award ceremony for the top 3 finishers in each event. The podium is located in front of the main stands

Practical info
- Athletes must register at least 60 minutes before the start of their event (closing of the start lists).
Bib numbers will be issued upon registration at the entrance of the stadium - Warm up: for sprint & technical numbers, there is a platform next to the track, distance runners can go to a small park across the road or to a large park 1 km from the stadium
- Final start lists will be published 45 minutes before the start of each discipline
- Personal throwing implements are subject to weighing and control by judges before the competition
- Competition gear, spikes and shoes will be checked according to World Athletics rules
- A doctor, physiotherapist and first aid point are available in the stadium
- Locker rooms with showers are located at the rear of the main stands

Rules
- Always act with respect for the judges and volunteers
- Coaches and fans are requested to stay behind the fences and not to step on the infield without consent of the organizers
- No trespassing along the main stands on ground level (finishing straight)
- Exit from the main stands through the backside, from where all areas of the stadium are easily accessible

About the meeting
- Meeting voor Mon – Flanders Cup is a World Athletics World Rankings Competition
- We are not yet part of the World Athletics global invitational track and field meeting competition structureur
- In 2022 this meeting ranked in position 128 in the World (77250 pts) and hosted 600+ athletes
- The meeting is compliant for paralympic athletes
- The track has 8 lanes, 10 lanes in the finishing straight
- Surface: synthetic rubber bound with polyutherane, on top of an asphalt base
