Tickets for Meeting voor Mon are sold for a specific event date and are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or reimbursed, except where required by law or if the organiser cancels the event.

In accordance with Belgian consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period.

Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Tickets that are copied, altered, invalid or already used may be refused at entry. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, timing or practical event arrangements if necessary.

If the event is cancelled, the organiser will communicate the applicable refund or transfer arrangements to ticket holders. Buyers are responsible for providing a correct email address for ticket delivery and communication.

Personal data provided during purchase is used for ticket administration, payment processing and access control in accordance with the organiser’s privacy obligations.
